Refund Policy

Timeframes

  • Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 days after delivery.

  • Manufacturing defects: up to 30 days after delivery.
    Visible damage (cracks, scratches, missing parts) must be reported within 24 hours with photos or video.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Returns will not be accepted if an item has been altered or modified in any way.

After the item passes quality inspection, customers may choose to:

  • Exchange the product

  • Receive a refund for the product’s value

Shipping fees are not refundable if the received item matches the order.

Warranty
All items include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
To activate it, send a short video or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging.

The warranty does NOT cover

  • Aesthetic damage after delivery

  • Liquid or moisture exposure

  • Improper or abusive use

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Stress tests or intentional damage
