How do I place an order?
Visit our website, select your product, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” and complete your purchase.
Do you have a physical store?
No. The Casaro Home operates exclusively online.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, Spain, and the United States.
What are the delivery times?
Processing: 1–3 business days.
Shipping: 5–12 business days.
Tracking is emailed once the order is dispatched.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and in some cases Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Do you accept cash or pay-on-delivery?
Not at this time.
Can I change my order or address?
Yes, but only before the order is processed.
For urgent changes, email [global@globerinostore.com immediately.
Can I add items to an existing order?
No. To purchase more items, please place a new order.
Where do the products ship from?
From international logistics centers located in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
I received only part of my order. Why?
Because your items may ship from different warehouses.
Each shipment has its own tracking code.
What is your return/exchange policy?
7 days for dissatisfaction, 30 days for defects.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
